De locatie is fantastisch, het huis heeft een heerlijke grote veranda, je krijgt gratis toegang tot een geweldig strand (snorkelliefhebbers kunnen hun hart ophalen!) op 3 min lopen met bedjes en als je een beetje vroeg bent ook een palmparasol. Verder heeft iedere slaapkamer een airco (zo fijn!) en hebben we weinig last van muggen gehad.

Wat een paradijsje! We verbleven deze zomer 2 weken met onze zoontjes van 8 en 6 jaar in de villa van Marlotte en vonden het helemaal fantastisch! De woning is heerlijk ruim en echt van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is geweldig: omringd door groen, uitzicht op het water waar knalroze flamingo's leven, op loopafstand van Blue Bay Beach - wat ons betreft een van de leukste én schoonste stranden van Curaçao (ook de horeca hier is top!). Het eigen zwembad is perfect voor een verfrissende duik. Tip: we gingen vaak met zonsondergang (rond 19 uur) naar het zwembad. De hemel kleurt dan oranje/roze en het zwembad wordt groen verlicht - echt magisch! De centrale ligging op het eiland is echt ideaal. Je bent met 10 minuutjes in Willemstad, 20 minuten bij Jan Thiel en 40 minuten bij de Grote Knip. De communicatie met Marlotte en de villamanager Jaimy ter plekke was top. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug en kunnen de woning van harte aanbevelen voor een onvergetelijke vakantie op Curaçao :)

The Villa is nice with all the comforts it has to offer ( dishwasher, AC, fan, espresso machine with foamer, washer, fast internet, tv with chrome cast, etc) and it is located in a superb location steps away from the pool and nice walking distance to the beach. We specifically enjoyed the pool, the beach and restaurants inside BlueBay and the Palapa in Brass Boer. Not a deal breaker but a few things to reconsider- I just wished that a working high speed fan or an AC is also available in the living room on times that you want to escape the heat and deter the no-see-ums or mosquitoes! Also, a thicker/quality pillows will also be appreciated. Other than that, the property, location and the host are very good and we would plan to stay in the same area when we travel back.

We hebben genoten van de villa met ons gezin. Het ligt in een prachtig goed onderhouden resort en in de ruime villa heb je echt het vakantiegevoel. Op loopafstand van een mooie rustige baai en met de auto een prima locatie om het eiland te verkennen.

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans la villa de Marlotte (4 personnes)! La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Nous avons adoré le grand balcon sur lequel nous avons passé plusieurs moments à se reposer entre nos différentes activités. Nous avons aussi aimé pouvoir ouvrir les grandes portes pour faire entrer l'air dans la villa. Il y a aussi l'air climatisé dans les chambres pour bien dormir. À 2-3 minutes à pied se trouve une merveilleuse plage avec plusieurs installations dont 3 restaurants, des toilettes très propres, des chaises pour s'installer, etc. La villa est très bien située. Plusieurs attraits de 20 à 40 minutes de voiture. La location de voiture est très recommandé pour tout voir sur l'île. Il y a d'ailleurs un stationnement pour la voiture. Le site est très beau, très sécuritaire! Si nous avions des questions, le responsable de la villa nous répondait très rapidement par message. Nous recommandons sans hésiter la villa pour votre voyage.

Toplocatie, zowel voor op het eiland als op het ressort. Loopafstand van het strand, ruime woning, goed bereikbaar! Voor herhaling vatbaar. De communicatie met de host op locatie verliep altijd snel.

Maart 2023 - Umut verbleef in The Blue Bay Beachvilla 

This spacious Villa is in a gated community that is centrally located between the city of Willemstad and the road to Westpunt. There is some traffic and construction noises during the day but very quiet at night. The host provides bug nets in the bedrooms which you will want to use as there are quite a few no see-ums in the dawn/dusk hours. The kitchen has been updated and has everything you need to cook meals, with a grocery store just down the street.
